Returns
Returns Policy
Our returns policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We offer a 20-day return window from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unopened and unused, with all tags and original packaging intact. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@bellarinespirits.com.au. Upon receiving your return request, we will review it and provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return shipping. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return authorisation will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of our decision regarding the refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For quality control and verification purposes, we may request photographs of damaged items.
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include opened bottles of alcohol, custom or personalized orders, special order items, and products marked as final sale. If you have any questions about whether a specific item can be returned, please contact us before making your purchase.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. As our customer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also have the right to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Additionally, you may be entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law if any services we provide fail to meet consumer guarantees.
